Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation acts on its motto of ‘Path Pradarshak’- to act as a guide for students. Career Counseling has gained importance as the range of careers and jobs have increased with the emergence of new and unconventional careers. Another important factor is that the students sometimes find it difficult to convert their educational base into livelihood earning, especially in rural areas and small towns. One of the reasons is lack of proper guidance and awareness of actual conditions and demand of job market. Counseling helps in connecting students to resources so that they can become more knowledgeable about jobs and occupations. It also helps students in the decision-making process in order to enable them to choose a career path that is well suited to their own interests, values, abilities and personality.
