Nukkad Natak on Youth empowerment & skill development project under “Swavlamban” by Jatin Kumar group theatre team in Allahabad. The purpose of this programme is to spread awareness about the aims and purpose of Swavlamban programme.

PREF Scholars Get Together

PREF had been successful in marking it presence through various activities. A Get together of all PREF scholars of all batches held in Allahabad on 19th Dec 2014 with the purpose of connecting students with each other. A delightful and successful event conducted by our scholars where the students showcased their creativity, shared experiences and ideas and made important suggestions for junior scholars for achieving goals. This event was more of an emotional and happy reunion of former students. The event gave an opportunity to former beneficiaries to share their wonderful moments, which they spent with us, with the new generation.

Our students admitted that the time spent at PREF was the ‘golden’ period of their life.

The event closed on a positive beginning of relationship among all PREF scholars.

Skill Development Training

Skill Development training is going on at Karchana, Allahabad in our ‘Swavlamban Training Centre’. The objective of this training is to create self-reliance and positive approach among the youth through Skill Development Training leading to sustainable livelihoods for them. PREF aims at creating awareness, interest, initiative and providing skill development training to the Rural Youth. This includes training in Retail and Industrial Electrical trade together with enhancing their soft skills and personality by imparting extracurricular activity in the curriculum together with linking them to job providers in the organized sector and providing required assistance.
